Love it!

This sweater can be worn just about anywhere. You can dress it up or down. I bought one to try the look and then went back and bought two more. You know how you try something and it has a look you like, maybe better get at least one more because styles change and it may be years before you find anything like it again, if at all.

Very dissatisfied.

I purchased two sweaters; need to return them; too big; was able to start the return for the black one but was unable to start the return for the blue one. I am very dissatisfied with Macy's return system. Please advise how to proceed.
