No quality control

Wow. I bought these for comfort and now I have more heel pain! Tried to walk and something poked into my heel! After yelping in pain, I discover a hole and the nail sticking out under the insole. Did they think no one would notice?! Hard to get a good photo. Now I have to return to the store…limping all the way. 0 stars
