Unsure why they fell different

I bought a pair when traveling in the tan color and loved the fit and the way they made my feet feel so i ordered another pair in blue online the same size and they feel completely different and slightly loose and kind of like cardboard at the back of ankle. Unsure if I'll keep. Seems like companies don't want you to visit their stores so they push to online ordering and the quality to me is always different

Great shoes

These are really nice shoes, I love them, but they are too wide for my narrow feet. I’m so disappointed that I have to return them, but this happens to me a lot because of my narrow feet.
