If you are looking for a top as light as a feather here it is! This flutter sleeve blouse is a vibrant aqua with a blue design imprinted throughout the material. Speaking of material it is 96%rayon 4%spandex. Cold gentle wash and tumble dry. Great everyday top with freedom of movement.
