Runs large

This is the 3rd top in this design I’ve ordered ! Unfortunately colors fade a bit and it runs very big ! I’m a Med- Lg in INC depending on design and I ordered this in Med twice but while very comfortable they aren’t fitted at all! I just ordered a small and it’s working! I’m a 34/F in bra so that’s why I was surprised in a small working ! Material is very soft washes well but colors lose vibrancy after wash !
