cheap material, not lined

I ordered 2 skirts, this one and one from the brand “Now This”, both on sale for the same price. The other came with a thick fabric, was lined, had a thick waist band, and was lined. This skirt was a cheap thin material, and looks it on. Super disappointed and wouldn’t recommend
