Rude customer service

I had to return these for a smaller size and the sales associate told me I had to go back on line and do it myself. I wanted the same pair for the same price. Would not help at all never got them as they were not at the same price

Nice jeans. I really like the look but they seem to run large and the longer you wear them the more they stretch out.

Runs a little small

Nice jeans but runs a little small. Don’t have as much stretch as other jeans and would probably take care of this if you are between one size and another in my case.

Purchase In Store

These pants are very soft but recommend you purchase in store. When I took some back to exchange at the Springfield Town Center the computers were down after making the trip there so a manager agreed to send a $50 gift card and it never happened.... I used my time & gas 2 times to do an exchange.... very frustrating...

Pretty Jeans, flattering

Too small and too short for me I'm 5'8. Maybe for summer better. I do think they were pretty and liked the color.

stretched out

When I first tried on they fit perfectly. After wearing them for a while they stretched out so much they were too big. Also thought they would soften up in the wash and they didn’t. Unfortunately I washed and wore them so I can’t return. Won’t buy again.
