Boots Bent in Package

I am returning them. They came in a short square box which meant they were already BENT!!!! Why would they be packaged like this, it’s not a soft boot.

Christmas present

This order was never delivered. I called Macy's Customer Service and was told a replacement order would arrive in 3-5 days. A day later, I received an email informing me that a refund was given for this order. I waited almost 2 weeks for this order only to receive a refund
