Soles are slippery

I like these lightweight clogs, but they are kind of hard and slippery on some floors. I can easily put skid proof tips on the bottom. I bought 2 pairs and will keep them.

I purchase these shoes in Jan. 2023 and did wear them until Dec. 2023. The shoe fit perfectly and comfortable at first. After an hour the shoe was not comfortable, felt slippery even though there is a grip sole, the whole day I had to grip the front of the shoe with my toes and I had to wear the show all day as I was Christmas shopping, when I got home my feet hurt so bad and my big toes were red and bruised. The next day my big toes are now black & blue . To bring this up to date my big toes nails are falling off . I tried to return both pairs and was told I couldn't. I was disappointed that Macy's would not refund , exchange or give me credit back to my Macy's American Express credit card. I would like to post the photo's , although they are not something someone would want to view. I sent a email to customers service with no response.

Horrible support for your Plantar Fascia

No arch support or cushioning. The lack of support exacerbated my plantar fasciitis to the point where i cannot wear any shoes without orthotics which I have never needed in my life.
