Soft cotton but runs very big

I love the 100% cotton with cute details and the pink is gorgeous. I first bought my usual medium but it was huge. Returned it for a small and is just right!

Very pretty summer top

Such a pretty top and beautiful color. However, it runs very large all over. Very wide throughout the body and sleeves. The neckline hung low in the front and back. You cannot tighten the neckline with the tassels/cord. I purchased a Medium, for reference, I am 118 pounds, 36A. The fabric is nice, and it the top is very stylish. I returned it for a Small but was notified later that it is out of stock. Style & Co sizing chart is an issue for me personally.
