STILL WAITING FOR ITEM

This item has been in the same place going on 6 days now. Called UPS & was treated so poorly & was finally told by rep. “file a complaint when you receive the item”.. huh ?? When I looked at tracking information it had made its way from PA. to MD in 2 hours but where it is now is only about 20 minutes from where I live and definitely lost there. Contacted Macy’s and was told they would issue refund but that hasn’t happened yet either. First time I experienced this situation and am NOT a happy customer of Macy’s…!!

You sent the wrong size!!

I ordered size XL… very excited to open the package- only to see XXL!!! And now there are none left - not happy..
