Treated like a shoplifter

The handbag is very nice but it’s too big for me. I’m a small person. I tried to exchange it for a smaller bag but the lady in customer service said there was no record of me ever purchasing that bag. She treated me like I was a shoplifter. I was surprised I was able to leave the store.

Loved it but it broke after a month of using

Perfect size liked the pockets but the strap loop broke within a month of using. of course i threw out the receipt so now ill have to see if i can get my money back

Beautiful and Functional

Don’t like the strap.

Love the color and the bag itself. Only problem is the cloth strap will not stay put. It just keeps getting longer. There is no way to lock the strap so that it stays where I want it. The leather strap is too long for me even when it is on the shortest length.
