Still waiting

I ordered this nice necklace in the beginning of November,I haven't received them. I had a chat w one of their representative,but I haven't received the necklace or a refund.

Completely Satisfied.

I've purchased two of these necklaces, the white (brown) and the coral. I like them both and actually purchased the bracelet and earrings to make a set with the coral color. I'm very satisfied and will enjoy pairing them with numerous other pieces that I've purchased at Macys. I'm completely satisfied.
