Style & Co capris made for younger women/ most older women have expanding waists -pants fit everywhere Except waist! Please change waist style so that it is more ‘giving’

These are crop pants not capris

I'm 5' 145 and ordered a PM and PL since I wasn't sure what size I needed. These petite capris hit me right above my ankles and looked terrible when I rolled/folded them up a bit. These don't hit below the knees as pictured. They are like crop pants, not capris. The waist runs on the smaller side and below the waist you have a lot of excess material, like I'm supposed to have a big but in the front.
