The elastic inside the waistband broke

The elastic inside the waistband broke after 2 wears. Sadly, I did not wear these right away otherwise I would have returned them. I didn't notice at first the elastic being all jumbled up in the waistband. I had only worn them 2 times. Terrible defective.
