This top is perfect for wearing in cool weather and air condition stores. Also, it is so pretty.

Neckline Doesn’t Lay flat

This is a pretty top, but I did not realize it had piping around the shoulders that doesn’t lay flat. I smoothed it down with my fingers, but later saw it was sticking up again. I like the fabric & print, but will probably just wear it around the house.
