Dissapointed

Tried to return because this item runs very, very small thru shoulders. Outside of return window for online return. Spoke with customer service by chat they could not send label because out of return window. Husban o f 82 yrs was hospitalized due to brain bleed so this is first opportunity to return. Very dissapointed in customer support ....store is 60 miles away and so very dissapointed cannot leave home.

Good Purchase

Fits well, sleeves a little long, color matches the photo, nice zipper, snaps and waist drawstring. Good detailing ie embroidery,and 4 pockets. I am looking forward for Spring to arrive and can wear this out and about.
