Great size, shape, and color

I saw the price of this purse and I thought this might be the perfect every day bag. At first, I tried to put what I had in my bag and it didn’t fit. So o packed it up and planned to return it. But I decided to pare down what I was carrying and made this work! Great size, shape, and color (blue). I’m happier because I also got this in black!

Great size bag!

I was looking for a little larger bag and found this one. The color is slightly darker blue. I like everything about it except the zipper does not zip smoothly. A little WD40 and all is good.

Not like the picture

The listing says it is supposed to be antique brass color hardwear, the one I received has silver. This is disappointing as I have a strap at home with brass hardware so now they don’t match. No visible email to ask for support, tried the chat feature and waited 15 minutes for a response only for them to say it’s the wrong item and I should do a return. The purse is cute but this whole experience is going to cause me not to shop at macy’s, at least online, again.
