These are a great bargain

Despite the reviews regarding broken pieces I decided to order these anyway. Happy to report that they were mainly intact with the exception of two mugs. After speaking to a representative I was informed that they would be replaced. Then I received a message that this item was no longer intact. Even though it wasn’t a big deal ( I have plenty of mugs) it would have been nice to receive a credit.

Awesome dish set, especially for the cost. Maybe buy a second set in case I ever feed more than 6.

Too heavy for kitchen to handle

This is prima facie too heavy stuff for kitchen to handle. See the photo and you will understand what I am referring to. I received the product with half the items broken. If it is so heavy then at least individual items in set needs to be securely properly but that’s not the case.
