Not pleased

I'm not pleased with this product. I used sparingly,as directed. Product, didn't work, left white film, on my eyes, and irritation started as well, under my eyes. I would like to know how to get a refund, if possible.

love it but. . . . . . .

This is an excellent product -- however there is a problem with the packaging which is very unfortunate as so much of the product is lost and it is very expensive -- the exit hole is plugged up after each use and it has to be unplugged by inserting a pin -- this does not always solve the problem and then the product comes out on the sides is much larger amount than needed therefore a lot of waste -- can send you pictures if desired

Awesome product

I love this and have been using a few years. My only wish is for it to cost less!! But I will continue using. It decreases bags under my senior eyes.

Great product, horrible packaging

This product works!! However, the small pump bottle is awful. I’ve purchased two and each time, the “pump” will break or leaving much product left in the bottle and it is nearly impossible without wasting most of the product as it dries out quickly.

Not enough product

I really like the results of the product, but there is not a lot of it in the bottle. Ran out rather quickly. I was disappointed about that especially for the price.
