DO NOT BUY worst experience ever

DO NOT BUY this bed, or frankly any furniture, from Macy's. We bought from Macy's because we trusted the brand to help us with any issues that may arise with the product and because we thought Macy's would sell a quality bed. First, the package arrived without the assembly instructions, so we called to get a copy sent to us- Macy's response was sorry, this bed was actually from a third party, so we're not responsible for this at all- and gave us the number for the manufacturer. That number was out of service. So we called back, waiting on hold for another 30 minutes, and after spending over an hour of phone time, got the instructions. Then, when we went to assemble the bed, at least 4 parts were missing. We called Macy's again, and again, their response was "Sorry! This is from a third party, so nothing we can do!" We tried emailing the manufacturer, but they never responded. And also, the bed itself (at least the parts that were included in the package) was garbage. DO NOT BUY.
