Nice deal, but didn’t work out

Unfortunately the recliner power function was broken and the recliner wouldn’t recline, so packed it back in the boxes and returned it. It looked nice but the assembly instructions were insufficient to address any problems and there wasn’t any customer support to address the matter other than reship and retry. Not an experience I will try again, will get local delivery with support on any future purchases.
