Disappointing

The sofa is poorly made and the back pieces don’t align. The fabric/green color is lighter than how it appears online. The sofa is very low to the ground and not firm at all. You actually sink in when you sit. I’ve ordered furniture from Macys for many years and this is the first time I’m experiencing poor quality and huge disappointment but was advised this sofa is from a third party vendor.
