RETURN PROCESS

Macys has The WORST Return PROCESS. triangle town center Raleigh NC to be exact. yes I said it. And I stand by my position and i WILL NOT take it back. The woman at the return area near bedding that waited on me was the WORST. Sarcastic, Nasty, and condescending and i responded back to her in the SAME manner she spoke to me. She Didn't even try to help. I have never been so Agitated and annoyed like i was today in my life. Today was the WORST experience of my entire time on this planet. I don't plan to make anymore purchases with Macys. And will pay off and close my account at my earliest convenience.
