EXCELLENT customer service

I love this mirrored piece in my entryway. It's sturdy. Easy assembly. It doesn't hold as many shoes as I hoped. Not meant for any high tops or men's shoes. Sneakers size 8 1/2 women's are hard to put in and I have to remove the dividers. Instead of 6 shoes per drawer it's more like 2 shoes per drawer. Maybe a better use for a family slipper drawer. EXCELLENT customer service when I needed a replacement during assembly. Quick response and fast delivery of replacements. I would buy from this company/vendor again.
