bed frame

This is not a business you want to buy from nor do you want to buy furniture from MACYS. The product was broken and the frame didn’t line up where the screws went in. It took two months to get refunded and so many calls to count. I’m very disappointed in MACYS customer service as well. At one point I was talking to people in the Philippines who had no clue what they were talking about.
