beautiful chair

Beautiful chair delivered in too small of box without adequate protection. Delivered, never opened, and leg of chair sticking out of box clearly damaged. I tried to post 3 pictures many times, was unable to.

Negotiations with the vendor

Disappointed. I wish Macy's didnt use 3rd party vendors. The email exchange after I sent photos of a damaged and wrong item, the vendor offered me a 50% refund if I kept the item and refused to give me my full refund.
