Terrible

Such a terrible bed! After assembling it we realized it was damaged it makes so much noise, every time you sit on it or lay down all night it makes so much noise. I’ve been trying to return it for the past 3 weeks but Simplie Fun have the worst customer service

Awful!!!!

Bed arrived with broken parts. Contacted costumer service regarding broken parts & still waiting over a week and nothing has arrived. They did offer a return shipment option with NO help regarding pick up!! Extremely heavy!!!
