Missing parts

I bought this bed 6 months ago , there are so many parts . you need to spend a whole day to assemble it, I figured out that there are couple parts missing , I contacted with the seller so many times ,I told them that I don’t want to disassemble it again it’s not easy to do that . I just need the missing parts and I sent them pictures, also I contacted with Macy’s , but unfortunately it’s market place through Macy’s , they didn’t do anything to solve my issue, I spoke with at least 10 customer service representatives and two managers , I still have the bed with missing parts . But to be honest the quality is good and it looks good also . I decided to not contact them again and I stopped buying anything from Macy’s

It has missing parts, I could not using it. I called and called but still I haven't heard anything from them.
