Poor quality and NO customer service

This desk was a failure on multiple levels - it came with various damage, broken and missing hardware, and there is no customer service for this company. Their phone line is disconnected, and they replied to my first email that since I did not buy it direct they could not help me. They ignored any further emails I sent, even when asking if I could pay to replace the hardware that came damaged or missing. I will need to use a marker to hide the surface marks and scratches, I replaced the hardware that I could, and I had to reattach the drawer sliders that were misaligned and would not let the drawers close. I did what I could with needle-nose pliers to fix the bent drawer sliders but still two of the drawers do not close easily. Bottom line - you will regret buying this desk, if you do there will be various things you will need to fix yourself, and if you have any issues the manufacturer has literally zero customer service.
