DO NOT BUY THIS

If I can give 0 stars, I would! It’s not comfortable it’s like you are sitting on a hard cardboard with little fabric! And its sooo tiny! Only my butt can sit and my legs are hanging! Too uncomfortable. We wanted to return it but it’s hard to communicate with Macys. They insist on giving us only 1 return label but the UPS required 3 labels since it came 3 boxes!! Such a hassle, UPS attempted 3x to pick it up, same problem: need 3 labels. Macys customer service cant understand the situation and the company where the furniture came is not reachable, no emails no calls. Please, DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!

I bought a couch from Macy’s that arrived defective, with a ripped box, dirty, and smaller than advertised. I decided to return it, but despite multiple calls and emails with Macy’s and UPS, no one provided the proper return labels. The couch came in three boxes, but they only sent one label, and I ended up paying for additional labels myself. I spent hours on the phone with 10 different agents, with no resolution. This experience has been exhausting, and I won’t be shopping at Macy’s again. Avoid buying couches from them. Btw the coach is smaller than the measurements.

It appears small. and the cushions , 2 of them are missing. I don't think id recommend this item.
