poor delivery

left in street no phone call. box damaged and furniture damaged. All the timeeI have ordered thru Macy's and have never seen such poor quality Shame on you. You stayed seeing delivered the ninth and and you delivered without calling and extremely damaged boxEd and merchandise.I have the pictures to prove. It i expeat a discount Shame on you !

You get what you pay for

I purchased this for my son and his young lady friend. They are in temporary housing, so I was looking for something inexpensive. This sofa is fine for its purpose. It sits very low, the fabric is soft and relatively comfortable, and the storage ottoman is a smart idea. I don't think it will endure more than 6 to 12 months of daily use. As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for."
