dry and not shimmering

Bought thinking it is shimmering and moisturizing. It is neither. Color is also not as shown on website.

Color

Have different colors and they're beautiful and same like in the web. Order the color Patina and is not even close to what is in the web. Very disappointed,time for change another brand.
