Defective lip liner

When you try to use the lip liner it breaks off every time. It makes it so you can’t use it.

Disappointing Lip Liner

I bought this automatic lip liner because Estee Lauder discontinued its automatic duo lip liner and brush. I was excited to receive this one, but very disappointed after I opened it. It did not work. I could not get the mechanism to raise the liner so that it could be used. I had to return it. I would not purchase it again.

Worst product

Not worth at all. Money waste!!! I tries to open it and use it but it kept on breaking. Totally not worth!

Too thin and breaks

Great color, but it is so thin it breaks nearly every time I try to apply it. Not much in there. Sadly won't buy again

Help!

I purchased one at Macy's store. Loved the color however the liner kept breaking off each time I used it. I assumed it was a defect in that particular liner because I have used liner for years. So I purchase 3 more online from Macy's, hoping they would be better because I loved the color, as I mentioned. I found that they were not better. Each one breaks off in chunks when you use it. In total I purchsed 4 of these and what a waste of money. They must be too soft.
