HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I would appreciate it if someone from Macy's Furniture management could contact me to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I believe it is only fair that I receive a full refund for the undelivered coffee table and adequate compensation for the inconvenience and poor service I have experienced.
