Beaut8ful but angle of arch makes it difficult

Cant walk in these. Had to return them. The angle of it was just not realistic and painful to walk in.

Defective right heel

Bought for my girlfriend shoe is beautiful and all but heal was horribly made one heel keeps unscrewing took back to macys and would only give credit for 50 when I paid more for shoe couldn't exchange because apparently can't be found anywhere
