Got stock on my feet

Beautiful boots! Unfortunately, they are very hard to put on, and when they are on, it’s impossible to take them off. I need to call my friend to get them off. I wish there were a zipper on the side. I felt trapped! When they are on they look beautiful but I need to make sure that is always someone to help me to get them Off. I will need to return it 😫

BROKEN BUCKLE, cheap metal

Only had these boots for a couple months and one of the buckles just randomly broke. I had only worn them a few times and there was no reason for the buckle to break. The metal used is very cheap. I requested a new pair and they told me they could only credit to my account when I sent them back but I bought them when they were on sale so I wouldn’t even be able to repurchase them with the credit. Honestly disappointed, for the price they are, they should last longer than 3 months.
