Very Disappointed!

We ordered theses shoes for a Christmas gift. We received them in a timely manner but they were USED shoes!!!! Customer service rep HUNG UP on us!!!!! Very, very disappointed in Macy’s!!!!!

RUN SMALL!!!

For a long time it seemed, Steve Madden shoes only went up to a size 10. Then, HOORAY, size 11 shows up! Buyer beware: these run VERY small, as in, the length of the inside of the show is the exact length of your size 11 foot, meaning good luck ever walking around in them. Back to the store they go!
