Too heavy fabric

I am 5'2 ad 155'. I am a SOLID size 8 with a small waist and hips (cola bottle shape). I ordered a M and they were very tight in the hip area. The pants do not have stretch material.

So cute for spring/summer!

These are so cute! The material is quality and just the right thickness to not show everything underneath and still light enough for spring and summer. I however purchased the wrong size and they were huge. I was considering just returning but I may just go down a size.
