OMG I LOVE THIS BAG!

I ordered this online. When it came in, I hated it! It was stuffed with paper, and looked way too wide and flat. I planned on returning it, but I decided to look at it closer. After I removed the paper, I realized it is more of a bag style. It ended up being perfect size, looks perfect, and has the perfect amount of accents! Quality is very high! I wish I could post a pic!

Never received item

I ordered this item paid for it and was waiting for it's arrival just to find out it was delivered to the wrong address just like another item that I purchased so I've been calling to try to get them to change it but not getting any real help was told the package was delivered and signed for so you got your package not true it was sent to the wrong address and I never received it I can say they finally okayed my refund for my other order but still try to say I'm the one who received it.... after this experience I will never shop here again I gave this product 1 star only because I was not giving a chance to try it
