Received nothing

I can't vouch for the quality of the luggage. I tried to purchase the luggage, Macy's sent me an email saying it was out of stock but it wasn't sold out. They raised the price on the luggage instead. This rating is for Macy's not honoring the price on the website.

Macy's not the deal it once was

I place my order for a great deal, and 4 days layer got an email that it was canceled cause they ran out. No offer to honor the price for a different color or raincheck. This was the last straw, will cancel my Macy's card and take my business elsewhere.

Deceitful Business Practice

Macys cancelled my order stating it was out of stock. The item never went out of stock. There was a price mistake and they did not want to honor my order. Shopping elsewhere.

Never received this luggage. I purchased it on a sale and then macys canceled the item. It would of been lovely to have this for my trip but since u don’t have it is 1 star
