These are a fun, dressy yet casual looking shoe. I read the reviews and decided to go one size up, but I should have bought my normal size. This is my third smoking shoe and I've noticed they do stretch a bit after worn a couple times. These are a tad bigger then I need. I would recommend going with your real size and just wear them a couple times to break them in, or have them stretched. I've gotten a lot of compliments on the shoe and they are just fun to wear.
I love the design, hip but, impractical
Very Hip, and, expensive looking, and, well-made. But, in the product pictures, pay attention to the fabric and bottom of the shoes. This is for a male version of the red carpet events, not made for the casual occasions with pim soles from last winter trend. The shoes perhaps have to be worn out of car, to the indoor event places, and, never to be out on the rough sidewalks, or, it could damage the very subtle materials. The top is a black sateen fabric and embroidered, it is detailed, and, feels right when I put my feet in, but, instantly put on, the top material was crunched like a cardboard, and it will show the visible crease over the embroidered tiger, although it would show less of it later. So, to me, it is impractical, altogether. Just be prepared that this is the cocktail dress material on the feet. But the choice of color of the slim-fit dress pants will be no hassle. If you can't handle the subtle material, the other shoes from the same season from Steve Maddens are more durable materials. Steve Madden shoes and sneakers are slightly wider than others, but, the regular length in sz, and, they are very comfortable. Well-made surely, and last for ever, and ages well, in general. I am not sure of this one, but, the design is hip and classic at once.
the best of shoes, the worst of shoes....
first of all, this is a beautiful shoe! unfortunately, i scraped skin and hurt my foot trying to get them on past the choked-up vamp. maybe if you buy a size larger? once i got it on it felt a bit tight, but my foot hurt so much from trying to force my foot into my size that i couldn't really tell how it felt on. so disappointed. i was going to get married in this shoe. :(

Beautiful shoe definitely makes a statement , I recommend going up a half size, but great comfortable shoes , thanks Macy’s
