macys shipping is horrible

Shoes are great but I ordered these shoes with 2 day express shipping and they came on the 3rd business day too late for the wedding I was in. Why are there retail stores anymore. Shop online, macys can’t handle shipping responsibly like other retail websites.

Overall these are OK.. I was expecting some better quality to be honest. These feel like a cheap version.
