Steve Madden Kaigo Mens Wingtip Shoes

The 1 star rating was 1 star to high but since Macys does not offer a 0 star rating they got a 1!! We received these shoes that had obviously been worn and damaged across the toe!! How and why would someone pack and ship them to a customer!! We sent them back but I am sure they will just send them to someone else.
