love the quality but came defective

So I originally ordered the true religion tote bur after almost two weeks my order status never updated from just a label being created call the post office and was told the company only created a label and never shipped the item to the post office so i call macys and the only option i was given was to refund the item since it was a 3rd seller. I than ordered the steve madden bag and when i finally received the bag it was shipped to me with the security tag on it so i had to make my way to a Macys thats over a a half hour away to get it removed. Than i realized that the steve madden that labeled on the back on the bag says stev madden and that the bag is messing the letter e tp say steve madden. I am said because i would like to get a replacement but now the bag is unavailable. But other than my issues it seems like a good quality everyday bag and not too fancy just what i was looking for.

Classy & Cute!

I needed a new “everyday” black bag & found this while scrolling through the Macy’s app. It is made well and big enough to fit my little laptop. It is the best black “everyday” bag I have purchased so far! I want this bag in a different color.
