Cute but wrong color

Cute little handbag I got for my daughter’s birthday. They sent white when I ordered neon pink. Too late to send it back so gave as is.

Sent incorrect color 2x

I had ordered the Hot Pink and kept receiving the white one. I even called to have the white one replaced and they still sent white. I just couldn't understand why. I think their UPC code is incorrect and or someone doesn't know what color hot pink is. Had to return both white one's never received the Hot Pink.
