never received

Terrible… shipped via DHL who never had it arriving at my home. Called into macys a few times over the weekend to be disconnected. Now all the sudden it appears the item is reflecting it arrived on 9/1 which it most certainly did not. I will no longer be buying from macys online- terrible experience

Not An Adult-sized Earring

This earring is not for an adult. This is a child-sized earring. very disappointed!
