Great chair

I used to be a la-Z-boy guy but my last chair was a disaster; clearly they are cutting corners and raising prices. Tried this chair out at the Macy's show room and loved it. Have had it 5 months with no issues, it's super comfortable and I love the power recline and the usb port. Highly recommend this one!

Recliner

My recliner looks and functions great. Very satisfied so far. Delivery was fast and professional. I opted for the extra care Delivery and was very happy with the smooth process. They were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Great work Macy's.

Very Disappointed

I purchased the recliner around May 2023. I a year and a half, the power would not work for a few days and then work again. Recently, the power stopped working entirely. I looked up how to basically fix it, unplugging and plugging in again the wall plug and the plug attached to the chair. No luck. I "chatted" with two representatives, who could not and would not help me. I called their 800 number and could not speak to a human being. Macy's has always sold quality merchandise, but I have to call a repair place to hopefully have this fixed.

I would definitely recommend this recliner!

This was the perfect fit for my short legs. The quality of the material is amazing. The glide movement is quiet and seamless.

Comfortable, light to medium shade of gray, easy to operate, nice smaller size.

quick delivery and perfect chair!

I was skeptical based on reviews and wait times- although I never got a call to schedule delivery - they just showed up 11 days after I ordered! Easy to assemble and VERY comfortable- love the adjustable head! Very classy looking !
