DO NOT BUY
I bought this mattress for several thousand dollars in 2023. It is now 2025 and my boyfriend and I are both suffering aches and pains and pins and needles from the body impressions. I feel conned. I’m now back on the market for another mattress and will never buy from this brand again.

Good Night!
Perfect experience. On President's Day we went to Macy's to check out mattress'. Walked in and was greeted by and exceptional saleswoman who knew her stuff. I explained to her that my husband and I are riddled with arthritis and wanted comfort a night. She pointed to (3) mattress' that would be perfect for us. Each one was more comfortable than the other. Order arrived on time and the men who delivered the mattress were superb. Now to the mattress; it is wonderful and we love it and haven't slept this good in years!

Mattress failed in less than two years
We paid a lot of money for a king Lux Estate. In a little over a year it began to sink on both sides of a ridge in the middle. It is now very uncomfortable and something this expensive should be a reliable product. We contacted the furniture store where we bought it and they sent out a manufactures rep to evaluate it. They placed a taught string across the bed and you could see the depressions and the ridge. They measured the depression at the ridge and said the mattress was fine. I am very disappointed with S&F and the store where I bought it. I will not buy any other products from either again.

No support just mush
The center is sinking after a few weeks. The springs do nothing. I even bought the foundation which is cheap also. Just some wires wrapped around covered in cheap cloth. The pillow top caves in and is causing horrible back pain. And this is the exchange so I'm screwed. Sterns and Foster quality has gone down. It's just a memory foam mattress that it. I don't understand how this is even legal.

Soft but Supportive
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was difficult to find a mattress that was supportive while still being soft and comfortable, but we finally found it with this mattress! Many of the mattresses we tried either seemed like they'd sag in the middle eventually or felt hard as a rock. This mattress had the balance we were looking for as side sleepers. As with any mattress, expect it to be a little on the firmer side until it's broken in. Ours has been steadily softening towards how it felt when we tested it in the store.

Unusable after 1yr
Unfortunately after 3 months our mattress started sagging in the center on both sides. Stearns recommended that we rotate the bed and the indentations will even out over time. We then rotated our mattress every 4 months and one year later the mattress is unusable. I only weigh 125lbs and my husband is 165lbs. We have a steel base with rigid cross bracing. They would not warranty the bed due to the slats not being 3 wide.
