DO NOT BUY

I bought this mattress for several thousand dollars in 2023. It is now 2025 and my boyfriend and I are both suffering aches and pains and pins and needles from the body impressions. I feel conned. I’m now back on the market for another mattress and will never buy from this brand again.

Mattress failed in less than two years

We paid a lot of money for a king Lux Estate. In a little over a year it began to sink on both sides of a ridge in the middle. It is now very uncomfortable and something this expensive should be a reliable product. We contacted the furniture store where we bought it and they sent out a manufactures rep to evaluate it. They placed a taught string across the bed and you could see the depressions and the ridge. They measured the depression at the ridge and said the mattress was fine. I am very disappointed with S&F and the store where I bought it. I will not buy any other products from either again.

Horrible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is too soft. I bought a firm. It's certainly not for me. Also tried to change the order they said it was canceled then they delivered it. It's probably the worst company I've ever dealt with.

Happy Sleeper

Too Firm
